• You agree to pay the listed price for your selected tier
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before review processing begins

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical failures that prevent review completion
• System errors resulting in no or incomplete review delivery

We do not offer refunds for:

• Disagreement with AI feedback or recommendations
• Reviews that have been successfully delivered
• User error in file upload or tier selection

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute our reviews without permission

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to manuscripts and documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for providing the review service.

Our Content: The AI-generated reviews, our website content, and all related intellectual property belong to PeerGenius.ai. You may use reviews for your personal academic purposes but may not resell them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• That AI feedback will be error-free or complete
• That using our service will result in journal acceptance
• Uninterrupted or secure access to the service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Our AI reviews are intended as feedback tools and should not replace human expert judgment or official peer review processes.

9. Limitation of Liability
