Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

4. Data Retention

Automatic Deletion: We automatically delete all uploaded manuscripts and generated reviews 30 days after upload. This ensures your research remains confidential and is not retained longer than necessary.

Account Data: Your account information is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

5. AI Training

We do NOT use your manuscripts to train our AI models. Your documents are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) solely to generate your review. These providers also do not use your data for model training when accessed through their API services.
