Ray is a mathematical statistician with 70+ publications in journals including The Lancet HIV, MMWR, Epidemiology, AIDS, and JAIDS. He has spent years reviewing manuscripts and watching good research get rejected for fixable problems.
The pattern is consistent: papers get sent back not because the science is weak, but because a statistical choice went undefended, a methods section was vague, or a limitation was obvious to a reviewer but invisible to the authors. PeerGenius simulates those reviewer perspectives before submission, so researchers can fix the problems that would otherwise cost them months.
